Overflying the airport it had an abandoned look. There was grass growing through the runway and taxiways. But it has a nice little pilot's lounge and the city just put up a nice new road sign. So they are spending some money but it looks like the available funds may be limited. On the plus side it had the cheapest avgas around. On the minus side it took two calls to borrow the courtesy car because nobody at the PD was familiar with it.
